Term 6 Week 1
Hi, everyone!
We hope you all had a restful half term, and were able to enjoy some sunshine and fresh air. We are jumping into a new mini-module in English this week. We will also be starting a new maths module - shape and space. As per my email to your grown ups, it will be helpful for you to have a protractor and compass for this unit. In science, we will be beginning a new topic in the coming weeks - light! For this week though, we will be continuing our classification topic. Later in the week, there will be a chance to do an experiment. If you want to take part, you will need to get these ingredients: 6x7g of yeast (you can get small sachets of this, or measure out six lots of 7g from a larger container.), 6 ziplock bags, a measuring jug, 20gms of the following: salt, sugar, coffee, flour, rice and oil.
